For the past three years, Rosa (owner) worked in a Real Estate Office in Costa Rica. As soon as she began working there, her boss (a Native American) started asking for help with paying his bills and taking care of his property at the beach. Then, a new customer of the company needed the same type of help. They did not speak Spanish and they did not know anyone here, so as soon this need was detected, Rose knew that Costa Rica should offer a Property Management and Concierge Service Company.   

PROMAN COSTA RICA was born thinking about all those people moving to Costa Rica and dealing with all kind of situations that can be overwhelming if they do not have the appropriate help. We think about you, we have the right help for you.
